Job Description

    • HR Software Subject Matter

      Expert



      • Provide support to customers from primary to technical escalation for custom

      made HR software such as Payroll, Time Management System, Job Costing and

      E-Management Solutions.


      • Perform timely and detailed analysis on customer issues to determine

      root causes and propose solutions. When required, collaborates efficiently with

      internal experts to immediately resolve customer issues.


      • Ensure that company software deployed to clients is of highest quality,

      properly tested and documented catering to user satisfaction.


      • Demonstrate competence to speak both business and technical language in

      dealing with customers and technical colleagues





      HR Software Training Specialist


      • Liaise with internal implementation team on training details

      and arrangements.





      • Conduct comprehensive

      and detailed trainings for HR key users, keeping timelines, and ensuring a

      successful launch of system for clients.





       

  • Salary: $ 2200 - $ 2800 Per Month
