Job Description

    • Daily checking of commercial pipelines for any new and upcoming robot deployments

    • Assignment of Field Service Engineers for deployment processes and making necessary adjustments to resource allocation when necessary (e.g. to cater for any last minute, more prioritized deployments)

    • Arrange for customer User Acceptance Tests (UAT), and handle the UAT documents properly

    • Arrange for customer trainings (Robot handling, Software platform) and related logistics

    • Prepare for robot Go-live by obtaining relevant customer information and remote operator instructions

    • In-charge of retrieving Robot Performance Reports for customers (eg. weekly, monthly, specific period)

    • Backup/cover for other Service Support Administrator as needed for day-to-day operations

    • Take on various ad-hoc duties as required to support robot operations, coordinating deliveries and providing robot operational support

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications, Skills, Experience

    • Required: Diploma in engineering, business administration, or any related field.

    • Preferred: 2 years experience in project coordination, operations management or a similar role (fresh graduates may apply)

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
