Job Description

• • Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive testing strategies for each release cycle, including both manual and automated tests.

  • Conduct regression testing to ensure the integrity of existing functionalities while incorporating new features.

  • Develop test plans and test cases that align with project requirements to ensure comprehensive coverage.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing efforts and address critical issues promptly.

  • Provide feedback and insights to stakeholders regarding any gaps or inconsistencies in requirements, ensuring alignment with product goals.

  • Execute both manual and automated tests on PRs, identifying and reporting any issues or deviations from expected behavior.

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Supervise test automation development.

Desired Candidate Profile

• • Master in Computer Science and 1+ year of experience OR 3+ years of experience testing web applications (preferably in agile teams in startup environments).

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information and collaborate with team members.

  • Familiarity with Linux platform, its configuration, and Unix shell scripting.

  • Experience automating functional & regression testing with well-structured, maintainable code.

  • Proficiency in automated testing using Selenium and Python.

  • Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and Blackbox testing methodologies.
