-Responsible for arranging smooth and timely incoming and outgoing shipments
-Responsible for monthly cycle count and stock accuracy
-Responsible for accurate documentation and records on all inventory movement in and out of the internal and external storage facilities for its accuracy. This involves timely updating and reporting of inventory movements in the inventory system in accordance to company's guidelines, processes and policies
-Work with forwarders, suppliers and vendors to optimize logistics: RFQ, scheduling, bundling, import/export terms
-Ensure smooth warehouse operations such as goods receiving and inspection on quantity and condition, timely dispatch of goods to customers and ensure accurate labelling in accordance to requirements
-Maintain documents relating to supply chain process in accordance with the company’s quality requirements: for example packing lists, invoices, insurance policies, bills of lading, shipping agreements, delivery notes
-Communicate informed risks within the business to key stakeholders
-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
