Job Description

• • Create detailed 2D and 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks software.

  • Collaborate with robotics engineers, mechatronics engineers, manufacturing engineers, supply chain, and other team members to translate conceptual designs into functional and manufacturable products.

  • Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.

  • Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.

  • Provide necessary support during the prototype development phase, ensuring designs are translated accurately.

  • Participate in design reviews and provide input to enhance the quality and manufacturability of the products.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SolidWorks software to apply the latest tools and techniques in your work.

• • Proven experience as a drafter with strong proficiency in SolidWorks software.

  • Solid understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.

  • Ability to create accurate and detailed technical drawings and models.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • A portfolio of prior work experience is an advantage during the interview process

  • Prior experience in robotics or automation industry is a plus.

  • Mandarin language proficiency is a plus

  • 3DExperience in Solidworks Associate certification is a plus
