Job Description

• • Performing general office tasks including coordination of office repairs and maintenance, and office cleaning services

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including managing weekly maintenance of office pantry inventory and routine replenishment of stationary and equipment supplies

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients, including preparing the meeting rooms/ spaces for the guests

  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the senior management and employees

  • Manage inbound and outbound courier deliveries efficiently

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

• • 1-2 years working experience in a related field

  • Independent, diligent, meticulous, organised and resourceful

  • Good team player and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Computer literate, able to operate Microsoft Office, respond to emails

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and workloads

  • Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed

  • 6 months contract renewable based on performance
