Job Description

  • Responsibilities: 

    • Work with CRM data to analyse trends and hone strategies to identify opportunities

    • Work to improve the customer feedback channels and consolidate the feedback for follow-up actions

    • Assist in overseas channel development

    • Assist in preparation of customer presentations 

    • Support the creation and presentation of new ideas to add value to our products to increase sales and company revenue

    • Perform and present competitor analysis to identify areas where our company can surpass the industry’s competitors

    • Analyse sales and trends to promote ideas for sustained revenue growth 

    • Create ad-hoc reports for the sales and the management staff as requested

    • Help to prepare a new sales plan for new products

    • Other duties as assigned by the direct superior

  • Requirements: 

    • Education – Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business (preferred), business analytics, or a related field
