Key Responsibilities:
• Present insights and recommendations to the CEO Office on prospective partnerships, industry progress, and business expansion landscape
• Assist the Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy in identifying and evaluating early-stage ideas and turn them into future-growth initiatives pertaining to both internal and external domains
• Help the CEO Office in managing OKR accountabilities and related administrative duties
• Responsible for onboarding new partners (business, media, advisors, chefs, etc.) and seeking regular feedback on their alignment and development
• Draft organization-specific framework to fine tune outreach efforts and plan strategic engagements between Shiok Meats and key industry stakeholders, non-profit organizations, and scientific communities
• Work on Progress reports and Presentations highlighting the initiative’s objectives, challenges, growth potential, and impact for the C Suite
• Build and maintain a repository of contacts and do regular check-ins to seed new ideas and strengthen partner relationships

Compensation:
The position is full-time and the candidate will be compensated similar to industry standards.
