Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Media monitoring and reporting.

  • Document and track analytics for social media platforms.

  • Design online advertisements on Canva.

  • Website representation and functionality.

  • Update account information in our databases, and manage CRM.

  • Coordinates and documents internal/external company meetings and training sessions.

  • Assist with creating and updating PowerPoint for marketing presentations for internal/external company meetings and training sessions.

  • Perform research and market intelligence on prospective partners and customers.

  • Edit and proofread copy, implement new material into marketing and company literature and collateral.

  • Conceive and facilitate B2B, B2C, and D2C marketing, mass media, and events materials.

  • Provide administration support to marketing and sales teams.

  • Prepare monthly marketing reports - Analytics, OKRs, budget compliance, media mention, monitoring, paid ads, competitor, and market intelligence.

  • Liaise with suppliers on delivery and stocks inventory/entries.

  • Responsible for sourcing products and suppliers for marketing events and food tasting events. 

  • Maintain and update central filing systems, archive documents, and handle document storage for the marketing and sales department. 

  • Assists in marketing campaign executions.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks. 

  • Reports to Marketing Director.

  Compensation:
  

  The position is full-time, and the candidate will be compensated similar to industry standards.

The candidate must exhibit extraordinary presentation and exceptional organizational skills and excel in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.

  • Some experience in events and projects management.
