Job Description

• • Sales order administration: control order confirmation with supporting documentation including booking orders in SAP
  • Follow up with order processing based on business operation procedure
  • Use SAP to prepare Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Billing etc
  • Load orders through partner’s portal
  • Maintain shared e-folder for business process documentation
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment
  • Backup team members

• Salary: $ 2,500.00 - $ 3,200.00 Per Month
• Role: Business Support Specialist

• • Min GCE ‘O’ Level
