Job Description

• • Execute production / maintenance work by following manufacturing process work instructions

  • Prepare, install, program, or repair programmable components.

  • Perform incoming quality checks, function tests and factory acceptance tests (FAT) for robots.

  • Prepare user manuals and user guides for clients.

  • Perform configurations, recordkeeping, and quality check efforts.

  • Perform minor repairs and replacements for robots.

  • Work closely with departments and vendors to ensure committed schedules are met.

  • Liaise with the Supply Chain department in receiving items, requesting, and maintaining relevant inventory.

• Role: Workshop Technician
• Employment Type: Full time

Desired Candidate Profile

• • Nitec or Diploma in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or similar, some experience in the workshop will be an advantage.

  • Knowledge and experience implementing and maintaining 5S / working in a 5S environment

  • Strong communication skills in English (Experience in technical writing will be an advantage) Google Suite, Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu is preferred.

  • Basic Hand tools and troubleshooting skills.
