Job Description

• • Plan and oversee technical projects, breaking them into actionable tasks with clear timelines and deliverables.

  • Act as the central point of contact between engineers, sales teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment and seamless communication.

  • Provide regular, concise project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Facilitate robotic integrations with systems such as OpenRMF, door access controls, elevators, and other infrastructure.

  • Identify potential risks and roadblocks, developing proactive mitigation strategies.

  • Drive issue resolution to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines.

  • Maintain detailed records of project requirements, timelines, and technical specifications using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• • Proven experience managing engineering projects: 3+ years of experience in project management, or as an engineer who has led or actively coordinated projects.

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

  • Interest in project management and willingness to learn agile methodologies.
