Daily checking of commercial pipelines for any new and upcoming robot deployments
Assignment of Field Service Engineers for deployment processes and making necessary adjustments to resource allocation when necessary (e.g. to cater for any last minute, more prioritized deployments)
Arrange for customer User Acceptance Tests (UAT), and handle the UAT documents properly
Arrange for customer trainings (Robot handling, Software platform) and related logistics
Prepare for robot Go-live by obtaining relevant customer information and remote operator instructions
In-charge of retrieving Robot Performance Reports for customers (eg. weekly, monthly, specific period)
Backup/cover for other Service Support Administrator as needed for day-to-day operations
Take on various ad-hoc duties as required to support robot operations, coordinating deliveries and providing robot operational support
Qualifications, Skills, Experience
Required: Diploma in engineering, business administration, or any related field.
Preferred: 2 years experience in project coordination, operations management or a similar role (fresh graduates may apply)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
