Job Description

  • Compensation: 2000-2500USD + 0.5% commission on deals handled + generous health insurance
    • Sales Support:

      • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing sales documentation.

      • Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.

      • Process orders and handle inquiries from customers and sales representatives.

    • Customer Relationship Management:

      • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

      • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.

      • Support the sales team in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Market Research:

      • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.

      • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and sales presentations.

    • Event Coordination:

      • Assist in organizing and coordinating company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

      • Prepare and distribute promotional materials and product information at events.

    • Reporting:

      • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

      • Track and report on sales performance metrics.
