Collection, Receiving and Inspection:
-Collection of goods at vendor’s site if needed
-Receive and unload goods and materials from suppliers.
-Inspect products for quality and accuracy, checking for any damages or discrepancies.
-Verify deliveries against purchase orders or delivery notes.
Inventory Management:
-Store products in designated areas and ensure inventory is properly organized for easy retrieval.
-Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems regularly.
-Perform regular stock checks (e.g., cycle counts, annual inventory audits).
Stock Distribution:
-Pick, pack, and prepare materials or products for distribution or delivery to other departments or customers.
-Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
Safety and Compliance:
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following company safety guidelines and regulations.
-Follow all health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
-Properly handle hazardous materials and report any safety issues.
Equipment Maintenance:
-Operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
-Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any faults or damages.
Stock Handling and Replenishment:
-Initiate RMA process to the purchasing team.
-Monitor stock levels and assist with reordering supplies as needed
-Communicate with the purchasing team to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
-Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and returns.
-Prepare and file any required paperwork for stock transactions, shipments, and deliveries.
