-Lead budgeting process and provide financial forecasting to inform board and management decision-making
-Propose and drive organizational improvement for the Finance function, and the strategies/ plans/ policies to support it
-Manage investor inquires, capitalization table, and advise the management team on equity topics, risk management, and cost optimization
-Lead a finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive and be accountable for:
· Monitoring of income, cash flow and expenditure (cost control and procurement procedures compliance)
· Management of month and end year close process – general ledger entries, cash receipts, operating expenses, treasury, revenue and expense analysis, account reconciliations, check runs, debt management
· Management of standard reporting (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement), budget variance analysis as well as special and ad-hoc reporting
· Liaison with auditors/ tax agent on year end audit and annual tax filing
· Special finance assignments and projects
