Key Responsibilities
· Course Instruction – Design, deliver, and support courses in counselor education that fosters academic excellence, clinical counseling skills, and spiritual formation.
· Program Development – Contribute to the development and success of academic programs by developing new courses, revising existing curricula, and supporting the recruitment of students.
· Student Development – Mentor, advise, and support students in their academic and professional growth, cultivating competent practitioners who embody Christlike character and service.
· College Community Development – Contribute to the life of the College community through participation in chapel, student small groups, events, and providing relational presence that cultivates a culture of faith, learning, and fellowship.
· College Development – Contribute to the mission and goals of the College by collaborating with colleagues in initiatives, projects, and committees that enhance the College’s effectiveness, sustainability, and reputation.
· Research and Publications – Pursue scholarly research and publications that contribute and enrich the church and academy.
