Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and best practices
· Provide sound HR advisory and support to management and staff, exercising professionalism and good judgment

· Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment laws and regulations
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
