Job Requirements:
· Educational Qualifications
o A recognized degree in any discipline.
· Experience
o Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the education industry.
o Experience with WordPress, Google analytics, and social media channels.
· Skills/Qualifications
o Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
o Proficient in the use of CANVA or other design software (e.g. illustrator or photoshop).
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and WordPress.
o Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on analysis, experience, and business priorities.
o Build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
o Possess creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), as the role involves supporting student recruitment and engagement, and managing marketing, outreach, and administrative communications for both English- and Chinese-medium programmes.
o Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbal and written) in an accurate and timely manner.
o Understand the broader organizational context and business objectives and align day-to-day activities with longer-term goals.
o Develop team members and provide regular and constructive feedback.
o Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
