Key Responsibilities:
· Missions Coordination & Operations
o Coordinate the planning and execution of Missions key events and initiatives, locally and overseas, including logistics, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
o Coordination including administration, logistics, documentation, schedules, and liaison with internal teams and external partners.
o Maintain up-to-date records of Missions’ partnerships, projects, trips, and key stakeholders.
o Support the implementation and tracking of Missions initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
· Liaison & Communication
o Serve as a key liaison with partner churches, organizations, and external stakeholders regarding programs, schedules, and communications.
o Coordinate communications related to activities, including reports, updates, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
o Assist the team in coordinating ministry schedules, travel arrangements, and ministry-related communications.
· Administration & Finance Support
o Maintain organized and confidential records, files, and databases related to programs, and finances.
o Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and documentation for the activities, in collaboration with relevant departments.
· Team and Project Support
o Support volunteers and teams with administrative coordination and preparation for activities.
o Participate in projects, initiatives, or assignments as directed by the Church or Missions Director.
o Work schedule may include evenings and weekends, especially during events or trips.
