Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:

  ·       Pre-production – Conceptualize and storyboard audio/video content based on church life and project objectives; coordinate with different parties to ensure production shoots run smoothly

  ·       Production – Oversee on-site or support live production recordings, including multi-camera shoots where needed

  ·       Post-production – Ensure timelines are kept and compliance to process; Manage and maintain video & audio assets, equipment, and archiving; put together guidelines and standard operating procedures, and train others where necessary

• Job Requirements:

  Educational Qualifications

  ·       Diploma or Degree in Media, Film, or related discipline

  Experience

  ·       Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in video and/or audio production

  ·       Church or ministry experience is a bonus, but not required

  Skills/Qualifications

  ·       Strong in project management

  ·       Basic audio/video editing will be good

  ·       Familiarity with audio & editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, Audacity, Logic Pro, in order to guide and review with video & audio editors

  ·       Strong sense of storytelling, visual composition, and sound design

  ·       Excellent written and spoken English
