Job Description

• Key Responsibilities:

  ·      Pre-production– Conceptualize and storyboard audio/video content based on church lifeand project objectives; coordinate with different parties to ensure productionshoots run smoothly

  ·      Production – Oversee on-site or support liveproduction recordings, including multi-camera shoots where needed

  ·      Post-production – Ensure timelines are kept andcompliance to process; Manage and maintain video & audio assets, equipment,and archiving; put together guidelines and standard operating procedures, andtrain others where necessary

• Job Requirements:

  ·      Educational Qualifications

  o  Diploma or Degree in Media, Film, or relateddiscipline

  ·      Experience

  o  Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in videoand/or audio production

  o  Church or ministry experience is a bonus, but notrequired

  ·      Skills/Qualifications

  o   Strong in project management

  o   Basic audio/video editing will be good

  o   Familiarity with audio & editingsoftware such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinciResolve, Adobe Audition, Audacity, Logic Pro, in order to guide and review withvideo & audio editors

  o   Strong sense of storytelling, visualcomposition, and sound design

  o   Excellent written and spoken English
