• Key Responsibilities

  Financial Operations & Daily Management

  • Manage AP, AR, GL entries, reconciliations, revenue tracking, and expense validation.

  • Assist in monthly closing activities and ensure timely reporting.

  • Support cashflow management, invoice processing, and weekly payment cycles.

  • Maintain documentation and financial records for audit readiness.

  Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Provide financial insights to support business units.

  Tax, Audit & Compliance

  • Support tax calculations, SST submissions, and related compliance documentation.

  • Assist with external audit preparation and respond to auditor queries.

  • Ensure compliance with MFRS, IFRS, GAAP, and internal finance policies.

  Process Improvements & Systems

  • Identify areas for improved accuracy and efficiency in finance workflows.

  • Support implementation of finance processes and system enhancements.

  Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (HR, Strategy, BD, CS, Creative) to ensure accurate billing and expense records.

  • Coordinate with Group Finance on reporting deadlines and compliance tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Senior Finance Executive

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2- 3+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience.

  • Strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on operational experience.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and basic tax regulations.

  • Experience with accounting software (Xero preferred).

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations).

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines.

  • Good communication skills and able to work with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
