Job Description

1. Sourcing of suitable candidates
2. Preparation of contracts for candidates and proposals/quotations for clients
3. Provide support to contract/temp employees on contractual issues
4. Liaise with clients and assist with their sourcing and HR requests

Permanent Placement: 
There will be no charge for successful placement. Successful applicants must remain in the company for at least one and a half months, and resignation letter can only be submitted after one and a half months from the date of commencement, failing which he/she must compensate SGD$1,000.00 to Business Edge Services Personnel Private Limited.

I will not solicit or accept any form of employment, either directly or indirectly from our client without prior knowledge of Business Edge Personnel Services Private Limited. If this clause is violated, I will be required to compensate Business Edge Personnel Services Private Limited an amount of SGD$2,000 and/or be liable for any damages incurred by them. 

Temporary/Contract Placement: 
I will not seek or accept any form of employment within the first 3 months after an assignment, either directly or indirectly from any client or their associates to whom I have been assigned to work directly by Business Edge Personnel Services Private Limited. If this clause is violated, I will be required to compensate Business Edge Personnel Services Private Limited a sum equivalent to one month of the offered salary.
