Job Description

• 1. Plan and conduct fun, engaging, and safe gymnastics lessons for children aged 18 months to 12 years old.
  2. Adapt lesson plans to cater to different skill levels and learning needs.
  3. Foster a positive and encouraging environment to build confidence and physical abilities.
  4. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during training.
  5. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of gym equipment to ensure functionality.
  6. Conduct gymnastics lessons at Kindergartens, Childcare Centres, or Bearyfun Gym outlets, requiring travel between locations.
  7. Represent the company professionally at schools and partner institutions.
  8. Maintain accurate attendance records and track children’s progress.
  9. Assist with lesson scheduling and parent communication.
  10. Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

• Salary: $ 2,800.00 - $ 3,500.00 Per Month
• Role: Gymnastics Lead Coach / Assistant Coach
• Employment Type: Full time

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1. Passion for working with children and fostering their growth through gymnastics.
  2. Energetic, patient, and able to engage young learners.
  3. Background in gymnastics, physical education, sports coaching, or related fields (preferred).
  4. Prior experience coaching or working with young children (an advantage).
  5. Basic understanding of child development and safety procedures.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work well in a team and take instructions from senior coaches.
  8. Willing to travel between locations for classes.
