Dashboard
  • 1. Details – View Name and Employee ID as registered in employee database.

  • 2. Location – Displays the current live GPS location where you are at.

  • 3. Clock In - Clicking this will then open your phones camera to capture a photo prior to clocking in. Once done time and location where you clocked in will be captured.

  • 4. Clock Out - Clicking this will then open your phones camera to capture a photo prior to clocking out. Once done time and location where you clocked out will be captured.

  • 5. Logout – Click to logout from the application.

  • 6. Menu – Dropdown of other modules available to you (Leave, Claim, Payslip, etc.).

  • 7. Switch – Switch between the different companies that you have access to.

  • 8. Announcement – Displays company announcements that have been made to you.

  • 9. Handbook – Clicking on this will open your company handbook for you to view.

  • 10. Profile – View your profile

    • a. Address - Block Number, House Number, Street Number, Country, Postal Code.
    • b. Company Data - Joining Date, Designation, Employee Type, Supervisor Name.
    • c. Biodata - Employee ID, Email ID, Mobile Number, Gender, Date of Birth.

    • a. Date – Select the month and year you wish to view payslip for.

    12. Holidays – View complete list of holidays for the year

    13. Leave – Click to submit a leave application

Leave

QuickHR makes online leave management and application simpler. Manage both your employees and your own leave by applying, approving or rejecting leave applications on the go and keep up to date with various leave applications.

    1. Leave Details – View the Number of leave available, applied, approved, pending, rejected, and total leave entitlement

  • Apply Leave

    • a. From and To Date – Select the period you are applying leave for
    • b. Leave Type – Select the leave type (Annual, Medical, Hospitalisation, No pay, etc.)
    • * Note that only leave types that you have balance for will appear
      • i. Upon Selection, leave balance for that type of leave will be displayed
    • c. Leave Period - Single day periods will have the option for half day leave. Either AM or PM.

  • d. Remarks – Key in remarks to support leave application if necessary
  • e. Upload document – Upload supporting documents for leave application
    *Note that in order to submit medical leave applications, uploading of medical certificates are mandatory.

  • 3. Status – View all leave applied for the selected year.

  • 4. Balance – View total leave entitlement, as well as number of applied, approved, rejected, and available leaves for each leave type.

    Claim

    Manage your company's claim applications efficiently with this QuickHR. This system allows employees to apply for claims simply by indicating the amount and submitting supporting documents. Supervisors can then review these claims by verifying the figures with the supporting documents.

    • 1. Claim Details – View the number of claims applied, approved, pending, and rejected .

    • a. Date – Select the period for which you are claiming fo

    • b. Claim Type
      • i. Type - Select the claim type
      • ii. Currency - Select the currency of the claim
      • iii. Exchange Rate - Key in exchange rate to Singapore Dollar if exchange rate is not automated
      • iv. Amount - Key in amount to be claimed

    • C. Remarks – Add remarks or comments to support the claim application

    • d. Upload document – Take or upload a photo of supporting documents such as receipts invoices for verification purposes

    View claims made in each month

    Leave
    • a. Date – Select the month and year to view claims submitted in that particular month

    • b. Edit – Edit the amount claimed for and the supporting document

    • c. Delete – Delete claim submission (a, b, & c can all be in one section)

    Approved

    Rejected

    Schedule

    View your daily schedule and keep track of your shift timings, locations, and working hours.

    • 1. Weekly – Select the day you wish to view your schedule for

    • 2. Details – Date as well as type of day (Working, Half, Public Holiday, Rest, and Off day)

    • 3. Projects/Shifts – Number of projects and shifts you are scheduled to work for on that day

    • 4. Shift details – Shift start timings and duration as well as project and shift names

    Payslip

    With QuickHR, you can view your payslip on your phone whenever you are on the go. Remove the need for physical copies, and view your payslip whenever you wish.
